Terms of Use and Service

Last updated: November 2026

MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES DISPUTE RESOLUTION THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY SERVICE.

By installing or using any mobile application, website, or interactive service published by Envy Creative or its affiliated product brands, you also agree to the applicable platform terms, including Apple's End User License Agreement and, if installed from Google Play, the Google Play Terms. To the extent there is a conflict on billing or refund mechanics handled by the store, the store terms control for those store processed payments only.

This Universal Terms of Use and Service Agreement, the Agreement, governs all products and services operated by Envy Creative, Envy, we, us, or our. Covered properties include, without limitation, branded sites and applications or related offerings, collectively, the Services.

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

1.1 By accessing, installing, creating an account for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use rules, and any product specific supplement displayed in a Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement, and references to you include that organization.

1.2 We may modify this Agreement at any time in our discretion. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and, where applicable, cancel any subscriptions.

1.3 If a product specific supplement conflicts with these universal terms, the supplement controls for that product only. Platform store terms, for example Apple or Google, control solely for store processed payment, cancellation, and refund steps handled by the store.

2. Eligibility and Use Permissions

2.1 Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

2.2 You represent that you are not barred from using the Services under any applicable law, including export controls or sanctions, and that you will comply with all laws in using the Services.

2.3 You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials, whether authorized by you or not. Use strong passwords and protect your login. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

2.4 We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violation of this Agreement, risk to the platform or other users, suspected fraud, or compliance reasons.

3. Licenses and Intellectual Property

3.1 Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable license to install and use the Service for your personal or internal business use in accordance with any usage limits, feature restrictions, or quota that the Service displays. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Envy and its licensors.

3.2 You retain ownership of text, images, audio, video, files, prompts, output files, project data, and other materials you submit, post, upload, store, or otherwise make available through the Services. You grant Envy a worldwide, royalty free, non exclusive, sublicensable and transferable license to host, cache, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, process, display, perform, distribute, and create derivative works of your content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services.

3.3 Some Services use aggregate or de-identified usage information to improve functionality, reliability, and security. If a particular Service offers an opt-out of model improvement, we will honor that opt out on a go forward basis once processed.

3.4 If you provide feedback or suggestions to us, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license to use the feedback without restriction or compensation.

3.5 You represent that you have all rights required to use third party content with the Services. You must not upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.

3.6 You acknowledge that we do not accept content under a duty of confidentiality. Do not submit trade secrets or highly confidential information unless the relevant Service expressly provides a private workspace feature suited for such data.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You will not, and will not enable others to: (a) violate any law or third party right; (b) upload, share, or generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene content; (c) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data except through documented APIs with our written permission; (d) misrepresent your identity or collect personal information without consent; (e) send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam; (f) use the Services for high risk activities where failure could result in death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage; (g) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

4.2 We are not an archival storage provider, backup provider, disaster recovery provider, escrow service, or system of record. We may set storage, project, download, export, access, or retention limits and may delete, overwrite, corrupt, lose, purge, archive, or render inaccessible content with or without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own current, independent backups of all files, inputs, outputs, drawings, models, project records, and other content outside the Services.

4.3 We may remove or restrict access to content that violates this Agreement or puts users, our Services, or third parties at risk. We may report illegal content or activity to competent authorities.

5. Specific Service Disclosures

5.1 Envy may have independent third party applications that integrate with providers through APIs. We make no claim of affiliation or endorsement by other vendors.

5.2 AutoMEP uses artificial intelligence to interpret instructions and apply edits to AutoCAD DWG files and Revit models. By using the Service, you acknowledge that AI is involved in processing your inputs and generating outputs. The Service does not employ licensed professional engineers, architects, or other credentialed design professionals. AI-generated outputs must be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in any construction, permitting, or regulated context. Businesses using AI tools or chatbots within their own products or workflows must be transparent with their end users about AI involvement. AI tools integrated into any service may not represent themselves as licensed professionals, certified engineers, or human agents - doing so violates this Agreement and applicable law.

5.5 Envy apps may process digital assets and generate outputs. Outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed and approved by qualified professionals. The Service does not provide compliance, permitting, or other professional or licensed services, and does not replace professionals.

5.9 Generated assets, including images, text, video, summaries, and documents can be inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform rules when you publish or use generated content.

5.10 AutoMEP output quality depends on many factors outside our control, including source file condition, drawing conventions, third-party platform availability, model interpretation, prompt clarity, and project complexity. We do not guarantee that any drawing, model, file type, instruction, workflow, or use case can be processed successfully, or that any output will satisfy your business, professional, code, permitting, construction, or personal requirements.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Taxes

6.1 Some features require purchase. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our processors to charge fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts if applicable. Prices, features, usage allowances, and billing cycles may change upon notice as permitted by law.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the account settings, checkout provider, platform store, or other cancellation method we make available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically end access for the current paid billing period. For security reasons, we cannot process cancellations on your behalf. All cancellations must be completed by you through your account settings or the billing portal.

6.3 Subscriptions include a monthly usage allowance that resets on your billing date. Unused allowance, unused time, jobs, overages, add-ons, one-time purchases, discounts, and promotional value do not roll over and have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

6.4 Except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, all fees are non refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds, partial credits, make-goods, or account credits for cancellations, downgrades, unused time, unused usage, dissatisfaction, incompatibility with your files or workflow, failure to achieve a desired result, service interruptions, or your decision not to use the Services.

6.5 Trial periods, free plans, demos, and usage allowances are offered so you can evaluate whether the Services work for your needs before paid charges apply or before continuing a subscription. You are responsible for testing the Services during the trial period and canceling before renewal or billing if the Services do not meet your needs. Continued use, failure to cancel, or continued account access after a trial authorizes applicable charges. If you start a free trial with a payment method, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and that payment method is charged the plan's price, then again each billing period until you cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends.

6.6 Fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and similar assessments. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6.7 "Lifetime" offers refer to the lifetime of the applicable product or service, not the lifetime of any individual purchaser.

6.8 You are solely responsible for managing your own account, subscription, billing details, and payment methods. This includes keeping a valid payment method on file, monitoring your renewal and billing dates, reviewing your plan and usage, and canceling before a renewal if you no longer wish to be charged. By creating an account or starting a subscription or trial, you accept full responsibility for these actions. We provide self-service cancellation through your account settings and the billing portal, and for security and fraud-prevention reasons we do not cancel, downgrade, or modify accounts on your behalf. A charge that results from your own failure to cancel, your failure to maintain a valid payment method, or your continued access is a valid, authorized charge and is not an error, unauthorized transaction, or fraud.

6.9 If a scheduled payment is declined, fails, is reversed, or cannot be collected, we may immediately suspend, downgrade, or revoke your access to paid features, usage allowances, overages, and stored content until the outstanding amount is paid in full and a valid payment method is confirmed. You remain responsible for all amounts owed, including amounts accrued through usage or overage before suspension. We are not liable for any loss of access, data, or functionality resulting from a failed or declined payment, and restoring access after a payment issue is your responsibility.

6.10 You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for any charge that is valid under this Agreement, including recurring charges, charges following a trial, usage or overage charges, and charges resulting from your failure to cancel. You agree that using the Services, failing to cancel, or maintaining account access constitutes your authorization of the applicable charges. You waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim, demand, or cause of action, including any claim of fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized charge, arising from a charge that is valid under this Agreement or from your own failure to manage your account or subscription. Filing a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback is a breach of this Agreement, and we may recover the disputed amount, related fees, and reasonable costs of collection, and may suspend or terminate your account.

7. Third Party Services and Integrations

7.1 The Services rely on a small number of third-party providers for drawing processing, AI, hosting, file storage, archive storage, server backups, website analytics, payments, and email, including Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe. Microsoft and Google are also involved if you choose to sign in with one of them. These providers operate independently, and their own terms and privacy practices govern their handling of your information. The Privacy Policy and the subprocessor list below set out what each one receives.

7.2 The Services depend on networks and providers outside our control. Outages, throttling, rate limits, or changes by a provider may impact functionality. We are not liable for failures or delays.

7B. Third-Party Trademarks and Proprietary Technology

7B.1 AutoMEP and its parent company Envy Creative are independent entities and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or in any way officially connected to Autodesk, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Autodesk, Inc. has not reviewed, approved, or endorsed AutoMEP or any output, feature, or representation made by AutoMEP.

7B.2 The following are trademarks or registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. in the United States and other countries, and all rights in those marks are reserved by Autodesk, Inc.: Autodesk, AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD Civil 3D, DWG, DXF, DWF, Revit, Navisworks, Inventor, Fusion 360, BIM 360, Forge, Autodesk Platform Services, APS, Design Automation, and all other Autodesk product names, service names, logos, slogans, and brand identifiers. This list is not exhaustive. Other Autodesk marks not listed here remain the exclusive property of Autodesk, Inc.

7B.3 AutoMEP uses Autodesk Platform Services (APS) application programming interfaces and Design Automation APIs under Autodesk's published developer terms. Such use does not constitute or imply any partnership, affiliation, certification, approval, or endorsement by Autodesk. Access to APS features through AutoMEP is subject to Autodesk's then-current developer and platform policies, which may change without notice. Envy Creative assumes full responsibility for AutoMEP's use of APS and any outcomes arising from that use.

7B.4 The DWG file format is a proprietary technology and registered trademark of Autodesk, Inc. AutoMEP's ability to read, write, and modify DWG files is provided through Autodesk-licensed tooling and APIs. Autodesk makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding AutoMEP's handling of DWG files. Any issues arising from DWG file processing are solely the responsibility of Envy Creative, not Autodesk.

7B.4A Some drawing display features in the Services are rendered in your browser by open source components licensed under permissive terms, including the MIT license. Those components are used as published, without modification to their licensed source, and they receive drawings only in open, documented interchange formats produced by our own processing pipeline. We do not incorporate, link to, or distribute components offered solely under copyleft licenses such as the GNU General Public License, and no part of our pipeline is derived from them. Copyright and license notices for the components we do use are retained as their licenses require, and their authors retain all rights in their work. The means by which we prepare a drawing for those components is our own confidential technology and is not covered by, and does not extend, any third-party license.

7B.5 References to Autodesk product names, file formats, APIs, and trademarks throughout the Services are made solely for descriptive and informational purposes to identify compatible third-party technology. Such references constitute nominative fair use and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement by Autodesk or any other trademark owner.

7B.6 All other trademarks, registered trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand identifiers referenced in or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to Microsoft, Google, Cloudflare, Stripe, and any other third-party services used or referenced, are the exclusive property of their respective owners. No rights in any such mark are granted to you by this Agreement.

7B.7 Any goodwill arising from use of a third-party trademark in connection with the Services inures solely to the benefit of the respective trademark owner. Envy Creative claims no ownership or rights in any third-party trademark and does not intend for any reference to create an impression of affiliation or endorsement.

7C. Component Libraries and Family Content

7C.1 Some jobs add a component your model does not already contain, for example a diffuser, a thermostat, or a valve. The component definitions we place, known in Revit as families, come from three sources: content published by Autodesk as part of its Revit library, content published by manufacturers and content aggregators including MEPcontent and Stabiplan, a Trimble company, and files you upload to your own account.

7C.2 All rights in that content remain with its originator. Autodesk library content is the property of Autodesk, Inc. Manufacturer content is the property of the respective manufacturer or publisher. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any component definition to you or to Envy Creative, and no listing, description, or placement of such content implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from its originator.

7C.3 Component content is made available only as part of performing a job you request. It is placed into your model on your instruction. We do not offer component libraries for download, browsing, export, or redistribution, and the Services provide no public link to any component file. Access to these files is limited to our own systems performing your job.

7C.4 You may not attempt to extract, enumerate, scrape, mirror, or otherwise obtain component files from the Services other than as part of a model we deliver to you in response to a job you requested. Content placed into your model is subject to the license terms of its originator, and you are responsible for observing those terms in your own use of the resulting model.

7C.5 Files you upload to your own component library stay yours. We use them only to perform jobs on your account, we do not make them available to other accounts, and you can delete them at any time.

7D. Third-Party Icons

Some icons in the Services are used under their creators' free license, which asks for this credit: Dwg and RVT icons created by Icon home - Flaticon.

8. Privacy, Security, and Data Handling

8.1 Our Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect and how we use, share, and protect it. That policy is incorporated by reference.

8.2 We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Services and your information. No system is perfectly secure. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk.

8.4 The Services are not intended to store or process protected health information subject to HIPAA. Do not upload or process PHI.

8B. Data Retention, Loss, and User Backups

8B.1 The Services rely on third-party infrastructure providers, including cloud hosting, storage, compute, content delivery, authentication, payments, email delivery, and AI processing vendors. We do not control these providers and cannot guarantee their availability, performance, durability, integrity, backup practices, restorability, or continued operation. Outages, data loss, corruption, deletion, unauthorized access, account suspension, pricing changes, provider errors, provider discontinuation, or service changes may interrupt the Services or affect your content, and we are not responsible or liable for any resulting loss.

8B.2 The Services are provided without any guarantee of longevity, continued availability, backup, disaster recovery, export availability, or long-term data retention. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, modify, suspend, throttle, archive, deprecate, migrate, or permanently discontinue any Service, feature, project, file, output, or account, and may delete, purge, overwrite, fail to restore, or render inaccessible any associated content, metadata, history, usage records, or stored data at any time, for any reason or no reason.

8B.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining your own independent backups and offline copies of any inputs, outputs, drawings, models, files, project data, instructions, reports, exports, account records, or other content that you value. We strongly recommend that you regularly download and securely store local copies outside of the Services. The Services are not, and should not be relied upon as, a system of record, archive, primary storage location, backup location, or guaranteed source for later restoration.

8B.4 We may maintain temporary copies, cached files, operational snapshots, provider-level replicas, logs, or internal backups for our own business continuity, security, or debugging purposes, but we do not promise that any such copy exists, is complete, is current, is restorable, will be retained, or will be made available to you. We have no obligation to recover, reconstruct, replace, export, migrate, or provide copies of any content after loss, corruption, deletion, suspension, termination, discontinued service, account closure, failed payment, or any other event.

8B.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, deletion, corruption, overwrite, misdelivery, failed upload, failed download, failed export, unavailability, inaccessibility, inability to restore, or unauthorized disclosure of your content or data, whether caused by us, by any third-party provider, by force majeure, by software defects, by security incidents, by maintenance, by service discontinuation, by your own action or inaction, or by any other cause. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any such event is to discontinue use of the Services.

9. DMCA and Copyright Policy

9.1 If you believe content in a Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to us, including identification of the work and allegedly infringing material, a statement of good faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury, and contact information. We may remove or disable access to content and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers.

10. No Professional Advice

10.1 The Services, including outputs, are provided for informational purposes only and are not legal, financial, engineering, medical, therapeutic, or other professional advice. You are responsible for seeking qualified advice and for verifying outputs before use.

10.2 Envy is a software company. We are not a licensed architect, professional engineer, designer of record, contractor, code consultant, surveyor, MEP firm, or any other licensed or regulated design or construction professional, and we do not hold ourselves out as such. No employee, contractor, agent, or automated system associated with the Services is acting in any licensed professional capacity, and no professional-client, engineer-of-record, or architect-of-record relationship is created by your use of the Services.

10.3 For Services that generate or transform technical documents or designs, you must ensure that a qualified professional independently reviews outputs for accuracy, safety, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

10.4 All outputs, drawings, models, layouts, schedules, calculations, annotations, recommendations, suggestions, and other content produced by the Services are preliminary working aids and general guidelines only. They are not stamped, sealed, signed, certified, permit-ready, construction-ready, fabrication-ready, or fit for any regulated or safety-critical purpose. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, code violations, dimensional inaccuracies, clashes, or other defects, and must not be relied upon as a final design, deliverable, or basis for procurement, permitting, bidding, fabrication, installation, or construction.

10.5 Before relying on any output for any real-world use, you must engage one or more appropriately licensed and qualified professionals (including, as applicable, licensed architects, professional engineers, MEP designers, code officials, and contractors) to independently review, verify, correct, complete, stamp, seal, and finalize the output in accordance with all applicable laws, codes, standards, ordinances, and project requirements in your jurisdiction. You assume full responsibility for that review and for the final design, and you agree that we have no responsibility for the adequacy, accuracy, code compliance, constructability, or safety of any output.

10.6 Real-world use is entirely at your own risk. Anything that is designed, specified, priced, bid, procured, fabricated, built, installed, modified, inspected, permitted, commissioned, occupied, operated, or maintained using, based on, or in reliance on any output of the Services, in whole or in part, is your sole responsibility and the responsibility of the professionals you engage. This applies whether or not the output contained an error, omission, or defect, and whether or not the output was reviewed by anyone. We are not responsible or liable for any building, structure, system, equipment, installation, project, or physical work of any kind, or for any result of it, including bodily injury, illness, death, property damage, fire, smoke, explosion, gas leak, electrical shock, flooding, water damage, mold, poor air quality, loss of heating or cooling, equipment failure, energy cost, code or permit violation, failed inspection, permit denial, stop-work order, delay, rework, change order, backcharge, liquidated damages, construction defect, warranty claim, or claim by any owner, occupant, client, contractor, inspector, insurer, or other third party.

10.7 You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from any real-world use of outputs, and to the maximum extent permitted by law you release Envy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and suppliers from all claims, demands, and damages of every kind, known or unknown, arising from or connected with that use. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." You waive any similar law in any other jurisdiction.

10.8 If you share, deliver, or sell any output, or anything made from it, to a client, employer, owner, contractor, or other third party, you are solely responsible to that person for it, and you will not represent that Envy reviewed, approved, verified, or stands behind it.

11. Warranty Disclaimers

11.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2 We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, compatible with your systems or files, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, usable, compliant, commercially valuable, or suitable for your use case.

11.3 We make no promise, warranty, guarantee, or representation that the Services will meet your requirements, solve your problem, improve your workflow, reduce labor, replace professional review, process any particular file, produce any particular output, or achieve any intended business, technical, design, construction, regulatory, or personal result. The trial period and free access options are your opportunity to test the Services and cancel if they are not suitable for you.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENVY AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, FILES, DRAWINGS, MODELS, OUTPUTS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12.2 Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of fifty dollars ($50) or the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event.

12.3 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENVY AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ARISING FROM ANY REAL-WORLD USE OF ANY OUTPUT, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 10.6.

12.4 The exclusions and limits in this Agreement apply to every claim and every theory of liability, including contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, product liability, misrepresentation, statute, and any other theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of the damage, even if the damage was foreseeable, and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. The limit in Section 12.2 is the total for all claims combined, not a limit per claim. These exclusions and limits are an essential basis of the bargain between you and Envy, and the Services would not be offered at their current prices without them.

12.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

12.6 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Envy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content or use or misuse of the Services, your violation of this Agreement or any law, your violation of any third party right, or your reliance on or publication of AI generated outputs. This includes any claim by any client, owner, occupant, contractor, subcontractor, inspector, authority having jurisdiction, insurer, or other third party arising from any design, drawing, model, building, system, installation, or project that used, was based on, or relied on any output of the Services. We may choose our own counsel at your expense, and you will not settle any such claim without our written consent.

14. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

14.1 Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing us a brief written description of the dispute. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

14.2 If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Envy agree to resolve any claim through final and binding arbitration by a nationally recognized provider mutually selected by the parties. The seat of arbitration is Ventura County, California.

14.3 You and Envy agree to bring claims only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

14.5 You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting this Agreement that includes your name, email address, the name of the Service, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.

14.6 This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. To the extent any claim, action, or proceeding is permitted to be brought in court rather than arbitration, you agree that it must be filed and litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

15. Termination and Suspension

15.1 You may stop using the Services or cancel a subscription at any time. Termination, cancellation, suspension, or account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund, prorated refund, credit, or other compensation.

15.2 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

15.3 Upon termination, your license to use the applicable Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15.4 We may suspend, downgrade, or terminate access automatically when a payment is declined or fails, when a subscription lapses, or when a trial ends without a valid payment method, without further notice. You are responsible for resolving any payment issue and restoring your own access, and we have no obligation to preserve, restore, or provide access to any account, content, or functionality during or after a suspension for non-payment.

16. Security Research and Bug Reports

16.1 We appreciate good-faith security reports and encourage responsible disclosure. We do not offer compensation, bounties, or rewards for vulnerability reports.

17-22. Additional Terms

The Services may include open source components licensed under their own terms. You must comply with all applicable export controls and sanctions laws. We may provide notices by email or in-product messages. California law governs this Agreement without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to the arbitration terms above, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any court action permitted under this Agreement is the state and federal courts located in Ventura County, California.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and modified only as much as needed to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.

Entire agreement, waiver, and assignment. This Agreement, with the policies it incorporates, is the entire agreement between you and Envy about the Services and supersedes any prior statement, proposal, or communication, including anything said in marketing, help content, support replies, or chat. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent; we may assign it without restriction.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or failures of third-party providers, internet or power failures, cyberattacks, labor disputes, natural disasters, pandemics, war, or acts of government.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Envy Creative, also referred to as V-Apps, we, us, or our, provides access to resources and features across our websites, mobile applications, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, as well as the choices and rights available to you.

Categories of Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly (name, email, password, company affiliation), information collected automatically (IP address, device type, browser, usage data, session duration), payment information processed by our payment processor, and content you upload or generate (files, prompts, outputs). We do not buy personal information from data brokers or receive it from advertising partners.

We also record how you found us: the website that sent you, any campaign tags on the link you followed (such as utm_source), the first page you landed on, and, if you choose to answer, how you heard about AutoMEP. This stays in your browser until you create an account, and is then stored with your account so we know which sources bring people who sign up.

We automatically collect and store IP addresses for authentication, rate limiting, fraud prevention, detecting malicious activities, and complying with legal obligations.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide and maintain the Services, including creating and managing accounts, processing files, and enabling collaboration. We use it for quality control and service improvement, customer support, security and fraud prevention, billing, marketing communications consistent with your preferences, and compliance with legal obligations.

For AutoMEP specifically, we use uploaded design files and prompts to generate outputs and to let you download, preview, and manage those outputs. We review jobs, including our own copies of the files involved, to diagnose defects and improve how the service plans and applies an edit. We do not use your drawings to train AI models, and we do not make them available to any other customer. Outputs must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in any engineering context.

How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to the providers that operate the Services, each for one purpose:

Our drawing processing provider receives the drawing you upload, because it performs the edit you asked for on that file. Our AI model providers receive a summary of your drawing, such as its layer names and the text found in it, together with the instruction you typed, so that the change can be planned. The drawing file itself is never sent to them. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your files. Our server hosting provider runs our application and database. Our archive hosting provider keeps drawings and outputs after thirty days. Google stores the nightly backups of our server, which include the database, in Google's cloud storage. Google Analytics measures how visitors use the website: the pages viewed, the device and browser, an approximate location, and the link or campaign that brought you here. It uses cookies to do that. We don't send it your name, your email address, your drawings or anything you type. Stripe processes payments and receives your billing details directly; card numbers never reach us. Our email providers deliver email we send you and check that an address is deliverable before we send to it. Microsoft or Google also confirm your identity if you choose to sign in with one of them. If you use the help chat, we send the question you type, with the help-center passages it matches, to an AI model provider to write the answer. The help chat never sees your drawings, files or account details, and chat conversations are kept for up to 12 months.

We may also disclose information to comply with a legal obligation or to protect the safety of any person, and we may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not disclose your drawings to any other customer, and we do not use one customer's drawings to train a model for anyone else.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Most of your information is stored in the United States. Your uploaded drawings and the files we produce are held in Cloudflare storage in the western United States. Account records, job history, and the instructions you type are held in our own database on a server in the United States. Copies of files being processed are held by our drawing processing provider under its own terms. There are two exceptions. Archived copies of drawings and outputs are held by our archive hosting provider in the United Kingdom, and on storage we control directly. Nightly backups of our server, which include the database, are kept in Google's cloud storage, where Google doesn't commit to a particular country. If you are outside the United States, using the Services involves transferring your information to the United States and, for those copies, to the United Kingdom.

Your Privacy Choices

You can access and update account information in settings. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. There is no advertising to opt out of: the Services carry no advertising and no advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. You can block it in your browser's privacy settings or with Google's opt-out add-on, and the Services work the same either way.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings (such as the color theme, the Guided or Expert view, and notices you've dismissed), remember how you first arrived so the right source gets credit if you sign up, and, through Google Analytics, count visits and see which pages people use. We don't use cookies for advertising.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. You may have the right to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information below.

Security and Retention

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption in transit, access controls, and incident response procedures. Our Security page describes them.

Your drawings and their outputs stay in active storage for thirty days after a job, so that you can download them and see your history. After that they move to an archive tier, where they are kept so that a file you paid to have processed is not lost. Account records, job history, and the instructions you type are retained for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and dispute obligations.

Deleting Your Information

You can delete your account yourself, from Settings, at the bottom of the page. You can also ask us through the Help Center and we will do it for you. Either way we remove your account record, your projects and job history, your uploaded families, your sign-in, and your drawings and the files we made from them, from our own storage and from the drawing processing provider that processed them.

Two limits, stated plainly rather than buried. Copies can remain for a period in database backups until those backups age out on their own schedule. Copies already moved to our archive tier are removed by hand, because that tier is deliberately append-only to protect against accidental mass deletion, and we tell you when that is done. We keep a dated record that a deletion happened, with your address stored only as a one-way hash, so that we can answer later if you ask whether it was carried out. We also keep a one-way hash of the card or Link account used for a free trial, which can't be turned back into the card number or email, so the same card can't start a second free trial on a new account.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will delete that information and terminate the account.

International Data Transfers

The Services are operated from the United States and may be operated in other countries. Personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. We implement appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission for transfers from the EEA to third countries.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
