This drawing already has its own title block, so AutoMEP uses that one. Ask it to put the floor plan on a new sheet called M-101 Mechanical Plan and it sets up the sheet, adds the viewport and fills in the title block's fields itself, so you aren't copying layouts or retyping the project name and job number.
