How do I cancel my subscription or trial?

To cancel your AutoMEP trial or plan:
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account moves to the free tier and job submissions are paused until you resubscribe.
For security reasons, we can't cancel subscriptions or trials on your behalf. You must complete the cancellation yourself through Settings.
- Go to automep.app/settings
- Click Manage Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
