How does the free trial work?

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you can use DWG and Revit editing, every MEP operation and the viewer. Building one edit on top of another is part of the Pro and Team plans, so on a trial each new request starts from your original upload.

Card required: A payment method is required to start your trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you won't be billed.

One trial per card: If the card you enter is already on another AutoMEP account, the trial won't start and nothing is charged. Sign in to the account you already have, or subscribe without a trial. You can also start the trial with a different card.

Confirming your card: Depending on where you are, your bank may ask you to confirm the card when you save it, for example with a code or a tap in your banking app. Nothing is charged for that check. If a card is declined later, the dashboard says so and asks you to update it in Settings rather than offering a new trial.

Pick any plan: You can start the trial on Starter, Pro or Team. The trial includes the same usage whichever plan you pick, so choose the one you expect to keep.

Starting it from the Guided chat: If you set up your first project in Guided mode, the AutoMEP Agent offers the trial in the chat once your drawing is uploaded. After checkout it brings you back to the same chat, and you press Submit to send your first request.

After the trial: At the end of 7 days, your account moves to the plan you picked when you started the trial. Job submissions are paused if you don't have an active paid plan.

Canceling during the trial: You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage Billing. See How do I cancel my subscription or trial? for step-by-step instructions.
