I used AutoMEP before. Do I need a new account?
No. Your account came across with everything on it.
Go to the sign-in page, enter the same email you signed up with, and choose Reset password. We email you a link to set a password, and your projects come back with you. Your plan and your remaining usage carry over exactly as they were, so if your trial had already ended you will be asked to choose a plan before running a new job.
Use the reset link even if you are sure you know your password. Accounts that moved across did not bring their old password with them, so setting a new one is the way in rather than a sign that anything is wrong.
If you originally signed in with Google or Microsoft, keep using that button instead. There is no password to reset on those accounts.
